The Role
We’re hiring a Lead Strength & Conditioning Coach to develop and deliver performance-driven, sport-specific training programs for elite badminton players. The role involves close collaboration with coaches and sports science staff to enhance athletic performance and reduce injury risk.
Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver individualized S&C programs aligned with competition schedules

Monitor athlete progress through assessments and data tracking
-
Collaborate with coaches, physios, and support staff to optimize performance
-
Educate athletes on recovery, injury prevention, and high-performance habits
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Sports Science, S&C, or related field
-
Accredited or willing to pursue certification (UKSCA, ASCA, NSCA, or equivalent)
-
Minimum 6 years’ experience with youth or elite athletes

Strong communication, leadership, and data analysis skills
